Privately Operated Reference Site
Shiawassee County Court Docket is independently operated. It is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or part of a court, clerk, or other government body. The resource does not operate a docket system, schedule hearings, or maintain the official case index.
Official local custodians are different by court level. Caroline Wilson, Shiawassee County Clerk / Circuit Court Clerk, maintains Circuit files through the Circuit Court Division. The 66th District Court clerk keeps District records, and Probate staff keep P78 records. MiCOURT Case Search can provide a public case lead, but it is not the official record.
Accuracy of Information
Office hours, contact routes, fees, procedures, and online services can change. Case information also changes as filings are made and courts enter new events. Although this resource aims to identify useful local routes, it does not promise that every detail remains current, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Before visiting a counter, requesting a copy, or making a payment, contact the appropriate court or clerk to confirm its current procedure. The reviewed local sources did not publish a complete ordinary-copy fee or turnaround schedule for all Circuit and District requests, so neither is represented here as a fixed promise.
Dockets Change - Verify Before You Rely
A case history is not static. A hearing can be continued or canceled, filings can be amended, and a court can dismiss, seal, consolidate, or otherwise change a matter. A calendar entry shows a scheduled setting; it does not by itself establish that an event happened or reveal the final outcome.
Use an online result or calendar as a lead. The court that holds the case and its clerk are the sources that can confirm a current setting, Register of Actions, or official file item.
Verify With the Official Source
No information on this resource is an official court record. For a C35 file, contact the County Clerk's Circuit Court Division at the Circuit Courthouse, 208 North Shiawassee Street, second floor, Corunna, Michigan 48817. The reviewed local hours are weekdays from 8 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.; call 989-743-2262, option 3, to confirm current counter access.
D66 records are held by the 66th District Court clerk at 110 East Mack Street in Corunna, telephone 989-743-2395. Its record-request route distinguishes an ROA, a complete file, a particular document, and a transcript. Probate files have a separate P78 clerk route.
Not Legal Advice
This resource does not give legal advice. It can identify public court-record routes in Shiawassee County, but it cannot advise how a filing, charge, order, deadline, or court rule applies to an individual situation. Consult a licensed Michigan attorney for legal advice.
Third-Party Search Tools
Some pages display search tools provided by third parties. This resource does not control their results, prices, availability, privacy practices, or matching methods. A third-party result can be incomplete, dated, or associated with the wrong matter, and it does not replace the local court's official record.
Outbound Links
Links may lead to local clerk pages, court portals, statewide search services, or other outside resources. Each destination operates independently and may change, restrict access, or publish its own terms and privacy practices. Shiawassee County Court Docket is not responsible for their content, accuracy, or availability.
No Records on This Site

To obtain a record, request it from the court that holds it. For District matters, the official request page directs civil requests to D66civil@shiawassee.net and criminal requests to D66ct@shiawassee.net.
